Wolfie is Ingrid's younger maternal half brother. He was born in "Baby Dracula" (series 2, episode 6). In series 3 Magda tries to emotionally manipulate Vlad into making her his regent. When this fails she leaves Wolfie with the Draculas. Wolfie left with Magda shortly before the beginning of series 5.
