Anton Toscarelli was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Vice Admiral he served as Third Space Lord under First Lord of the Admiralty White Haven. (HH10) He was chairing a conference aboard HMSS Hephaestus when it was attacked and destroyed by the Mesan Alignment Navy in Operation Oyster Bay. He and several ship captains and executive officers were killed. (HH15)
