A Hellish tower on the surface of Deimos, similar in design to the Tower of Babel, the Fortress of Mystery is shrouded in a cloaking field of somesort and only appears when approached. It was probably constructed around the same time as the Tower of Babel, after Deimos vanished into Hell.
