After "Rainbow" Randolph Smiley, a famous children's show host, is caught by the FBI for taking brides form parents who want their kids on his show, he is fired and replaced by Sheldon Mopes. Mopes, who is deceit and wants to show honest child entertainment, and his character Smoochy the Rhino become very popular while Randolph plots revenge on Mopes. Mopes starts to argue with producer Mora Wells who takes control until Mopes' new agent Burke Bennett helps renegotiate Mopes' which makes him the executive producer of the show.
