Charles Muscatel is a former NASCAR driver from Lambertville, NJ. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. Muscatel debuted in 1949, competing in the inaugural event at Hamburg. Starting positions in the field of sixteen cars are unknown, but Muscatel drove home with a noteworthy 8th place effort. Unfortunately, Muscatel did not fare well in his other race, competing at Langhorne in 1950. Starting positions in the field of twenty-eight are again unknown, but this time Muscatel had early overheating woes and finished last (28th).
