The Purified Hunter's Horn is a quest item for the Pre-Searing Ascalon quest The Hunter's Horn. During the course of the quest, the Hunter's Horn that you receive will become the Purified Hunter's Horn. Like most Quest items the Purified Hunter's Horn has no value if you try to sell it to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
