Isaac Fenner was a politician from Bredestown, Atlantis. He was the first Speaker of the Atlantean Assembly during its war for freedom from Great Britain. Fenner was a descendant of Hugh Fenner, the first man ever to die in Atlantis, and of his daughter Lucy Fenner, whom the Earl of Warwick forced into his bed. The possibility exists that the Fenner bloodline was contaminated by the Black Earl himself. Fenner gave his final approval to the Treaty of Croydon, although only after the main terms had been settled by Radcliff and the British representatives.
