Joseph "Joe" Mount was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Navy. In 1903 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant and was assigned to PNS Saladin as an engineer. He was one of the few Havenite officers that were retained on the vessel after it was given to the Navy of Masada and renamed MNS Thunder of God under Operation Jericho.
