Ginger was Valerie Malone's best friend from Buffalo, New York. She was introduced when Brandon Walsh returned home from his summer away and found her sleeping in his bed. She proceeded to make out with him until Valerie interrupted them. She continued to flirt with Brandon throughout her first stay. Valerie and Ginger pulled a small con on the group in effort to make Valerie more accepted as part of the group.
