Very loose fitting blouson dress, evening length, has deep V neckline, wide slightly-below-elbow length dolman sleeves, elasticized waistband, side hemline slits that extend to hipline. Front and back bodice are pleated to shoulder stays. Back is also gathered into neckline. Underskirt, darted and gathered to waistband (without side seams), has back zipper closing. Cummerbund, gathered to feather boning stays, has back hook and eye closing.
