Richard Mark Hammond (born December 19, 1969) is an English presenter, writer, and journalist. He is most noted for co-hosting the car programme Top Gear with Jeremy Clarkson and James May. He provided his voice and likeness for the character of announcer Nigel in "Live and Let Drive".
