Translator Droid 1 (TD1) was a translator droid created by Selen Grell to aid him in his journeys. It was capable of translating Huttese and Shyriiwook to Galactic Basic and had the capacity to support two other languages. The Huttese, Shryiiwook, and Galactic Basic translation unit was hardcoded in and could not be altered or replaced.
