In 2409, the Salk was part of the Allied forces attempting to occupy the Solanae Dyson Sphere. The Salk ferried medical supplies from the Allied Zone to the Contested Zone of the Dyson sphere. Because as a hospital ship it was unsuited for the heavy comabt in that area, another ship took over at the border between the zones and delivered the supplies to Allied vessels in near the Wasteland Tower, upon to direct request of Commander Lovik of the IKS Tev.
