Scundor is the capital of Scundia which is currently under control of the Proninist Party and is led by Premier Pavel Serdiuk. It is also the base of operations for the infamous Carriage Park Boys gang. King Khasra III, the rightful ruler of Scundor, has been forced into exile after the Proninist coup.
