Sir Andrew owns a bookshop in Hay-on-Wye called "Caer Wydyr". He first appears when Prue and Piper enter his shop to meet a client. While Prue attends her meeting, Piper looks through some books, and buys a few enlisting love charms with flowers. While trying one of the spells, she accidentally charms Sir Andrew, who relentlessly follows her, asking her out on a date and later for her hand in marriage. With pressing problems at hand, Piper is forced to put Sir Andrew's pursuits on hold until the end, where she reverses the spell.
