The Greater Armadillo (Dasypus major) is one of two species that has Awakened from the Texas armadillo (Dasypus novemcinctus). It greatly resembles its mundane cousin, but it can grow up to 1.2 meters long. The Greater Armadillo behaves in a similar manner to a normal armadillo, feeding mostly on insects, especially termite colonies. It is nocturnal and has poor eyesight, thus relying on its sense of smell and taste.
