Kokuja (黒蛇 Black Snake) is a character from Street Fighter II V. He is a Chinese fighter who is the leader of an evil gang known as Black Snake. Kokuja attacked Ryu, Ken Masters and Chun Li when they escaped from the Kowloon Walled City. He and his gang are defeated by Ryu and Ken.
