Standlake House was an 8 storey tower block of a Y-shaped footprint on Ley Hill Farm Road on the Ley Hill estate in Northfield, south Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1954 and it was completed in 1957 by Wimpey using a non-traditional no fines construction type. The block was the second most northern one of 6 blocks on Ley Hill Farm Road that where demolished in 2004 (the others being Bradwell House, Padbury House, Saunderton House, Appleton House, and Windrush House).
