The Lovian dollar (ISO code: LVD) is the offical currency of Lovia. It was proposed in 2008 by then Prime Minister Yuri Medvedev, but it never got to a vote in Congress. It officially succeeded the US dollar as the national currency on May 11, 2011, though the US Dollar remained designated as legal tender until October 2011.
