Guid Helmold is a character in Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland. He is Totori and Ceci's father. Guid lives in Alanya with his daughters and once worked as a shipwright. He took great pride in his craft until his wife Gisela's ship washed ashore after she went missing. After that, he stopped building and now works as a fisherman. Guid can be described as a care free and laid back individual who fishes all day but who rarely catches anything. People find it difficult to notice when Guid has come around due to his quiet nature. Even his own daughters don't seem to notice when he's in the same room, or if he's standing right beside them.
