Silence on the Plains is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition. Leliana is concerned about a lack of information coming out of the Exalted Plains after both Gaspard and Celene's troops retreated to their respective camps. There were rumblings of desertions, and since then, only silence. Both Leliana and Cullen agree that whatever's going on here warrants further investigation.
