Ranged Magnet is a spell in the Lunar spellbook. When cast it makes the caster 45% more likely to receive ranged attacks meant for other players. Players often turn on Protect from Missiles or wear excellent melee armor to reduce damage. This is a popular spell in group battle as it means less players will be taking abuse.
