Ernie, was a member the alien race known as The Boov, who only appeared in the short "Almost Home". When Captain Smek and a team of Boov come to unknown planet, where they send Ernie to check if its save then gives the all clear, only to be grabbed by unseen monster that carried him off and presumably killed him as well.
