Phean Tic'Karcta was a disgruntled (and possibly jealous) tradeswoman from Arkonne III who sabotaged an official vehicle carrying Divina Quri Adner, a woman to whom Wilek Nereus had proposed marriage. In response to the sabotage Nereus killed her and removed her teeth.
