Frankie Foster and Mr. Herriman go to a toy store where Frankie sees a 2010 Stanley train, she begs for it, but Mr. Herriman says no. Frankie starts to bawl, and Mr. Herriman sends her in her room. The next day, Frankie and Mr. Herriman go to a video store where Frankie sees a 1996 Robin Hood VHS, but Mr. Herriman refuses to get it. Frankie starts crying and bawling again, and police officers send her in jail.
