The City of Westmoor was a trade city located on mainland Deurlyth. As its name indicates, it lies against the west coast of mainland Deurlyth. Its ruins are being used as the site of the newly-planned city of Westhaven, a project being lead by Corvan Vangrave under the oversight of Count Tel'Grov.
