Miyuki Murakami, due to her Ketsugan, had taken the technique to a whole new level. Unlike most genjutsu, the mental trauma the Wailings of a Restless Ghost Technique caused was not amplified by her dojutsu. The Ketsugan only made the genjutsu much more difficult to break, such that the infamous Itachi Uchiha was unable to escape it, even with his Sharingan, requiring him to use shadow clones to distract Miyuki.
