Soul Read is an Art in Xenoblade Chronicles. It is used by Telethia, giving them the aura "Soul Read". The Telethia reads the party's minds, causing physical arts and auto-attacks to miss. This can be nullified by using Melia's Mind Blast, inflicting Aura Seal by using Monado Purge or inflicting Daze to the enemy. According to the in-battle tool tip, the Soul Read aura enables most physical attacks to be evaded.
