Brigadier General (ret) John I. Pray, Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Entertainment/Programs for the United Service Organizations where he is responsible for leading the USO’s world-famous entertainment activities as well as a variety of other efforts that lift the spirits of hundreds of thousands of service members and their families every year.
