Bob McElee is a former NASCAR driver. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career, recording one top-ten. Both came in 1981, when McElee debuted at Martinsville, driving for Alva Racing. Starting last (30th) in the field, McElee drove a clean race and finished 16th. He was able to build upon that at North Wilkesboro. Starting 24th in the race, he drove a solid 8th place effort.
