At 10:42PM, Jack Bauer, Agent Hart and Nicole, who posed as FBI agent Drake, was searching the apartment of Mitch Anderson. Bauer searched his wardrobe and found a small empty bag from Vanguard Mills, which was dated three months ago, even though Anderson was dishonorably discharged four years ago. This led Jack to believe that Anderson was posing as military for his mission for Habib Marwan. Jack wanted Hart to scan the bag to be sent to CTU. Moments later, Jack discovered Nicole was an imposter after she killed Hart, and Jack killed Nicole in return.
