In Bot Seeks Bot, Shore Leave dons Sri Lankan Devil Bird's costume to infiltrate the club of Don Hell. However, Shore Leave is accosted by Flying Squid, a former friend of Devil Bird's whom notes that Devil Bird's body was never found. Disguised as Vendata, Samson intervenes and bullies Squid into leaving them alone.
