Hey, folks, the Portal is one of the few pages that almost any visitor to the site may click onto (because of its sidebar link). It should contain something to hold the interest of a visitor. A portal is an entrance. The nicest portals are fully-enclosed foyers (preferably carpeted and with art work on the walls) displaying labelled doors to various parts of the establishment.
