The Scandal-Gate Hotel is a limited-time premium building which was available from June 30, 2015, until July 9, 2015, as a Gil Deal during the 4th July 2015 Event. Upon completion Richard Nixon is unlocked. It was re-released on June 29, 2016 during the 4th of July 2016 Event.
