Joseph was born in 1949. In 1976, he founded the F.O.R.C.E.S. and served as its captain. He was the leader that busted one of the most powerful and most threatning terrorist attack in the town of Rocksford. He later retired in 1998, leaving the rank of captain to be held by his grandson, James Silas. He later died of cancer in 2002, one of the most honored people in Rocksford.
