The Isle of Dogs park is located in the Isle of Dogs, London. There is a basketball court where Lucien Hope and his friend play. A Mer once abducted Lucien through a flooded drain located next to the court. Nick Cutter and Stephen Hart went down into the drain after the flood waters receded to look for Lucien and the creature, but to no avail (Episode 2.4).
