After Stan damages Steve and his friend's cell phones by throwing rocks at them when he bets irritated that they refuse to explore the outdoors in "I Ain’t No Holodeck Boy", Francine orders Stan into the house while the boys head off to get new phones. As everyone heads their separate ways, Randy provides commentary until ordered back inside of his own house. Randy is voiced by Eric Schermerhorn.
