It was about the death of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin, who perished aboard the first Death Star during the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY. The opera was running on Imperial Center during 4 ABY. The production used a huge stage, glowing in pink light, and a stellar backdrop. It also allowed attendees in balcony seats to view close-up shots of the performance via holograms.
