The Ghâshâd Insurrection was a series of attacks masterminded by the Ghâshâd against Yggur's Empire, ordered by Rulke, shortly after his escape from the Nightland. The chaos caused by the Ghâshâd in Thurkad lasted a fortnight, before they were forced to flee to Shazmak. The armies subverted by the Ghâshâd rejoined Yggur's Empire, except for the Second Army of Yggur's Army, which continued to remain under the power of the Ghâshâd until the battle of Bannador.
