Fubuki (Lit. meaning Blizzard) is a shinobi hailing from Getsugakure and the second in command of the Aerial Forces, under Saku. A master of the Magnet Release, he is a very helpful asset for the Aerial Commander. He works hard and has a burning desire to help his village.
