The Department of Colonial Security (DCS) was a private intelligence organization and subdivision of the Colonial Administration Authority tasked with the monitoring of civilian activities in UEG space, both within the Inner and Outer Colonies. Assimilated into the Office of Naval Intelligence by then-Captain Margaret Parangosky in March of 2510, the DCS served throughout the Human-Covenant War as a civilian intelligence group ultimately loyal to the Office of Naval Intelligence.
