Having the Pendant stone in his possession, Moo absorbs its energy and completes his transformation. He appears before Genki and the group in his completed form. Moo explains where the monsters came from and why he started this war. Moo looked at the current state of the world and saw humans treating monsters as pets or slaves, not equals. Some monsters were already being militarized. Moo did not want to see the past repeat itself so Moo sparked a rebellion hoping that the humans could be subjugated before the monsters were fully enslaved. It didn't work, so the rebellion became a war.
