Francis is one of G.B.'s veteran spies. Two years ago on a mission, Francis disappeared somewhere in Subspace and managed to get out today. After his escape, he is dowsed with Subspace DNA, allowing him to leave Subspace as much as he wants, as well as allowing him to pass though solid objects. His Roborg partner is B-Tell, who he picks on for interrupting. But Francis heartingly gives him Enetron on a daily basis to keep his circuits strong. He appears to be more skillful than Clark.
