But, non heat- based attacks have a 50% chance of getting deflected, and even worse, every time the silly putty Bloon is hit, silly putty is splattered in a small area, making all towers hit 2% less accurate for the next 30 seconds (This effect can stack!) It can be colored red, blue, green, yellow, or pink, and when popped, will contain two of that color Bloon.
