The AISC is the intelligence gathering and processing branch of the UNSC Army. This secretive agency is one of the four military 'Big Six' intelligence departments of the UNSC. Currently under the command of Lieutenant General Charles Anderson as of 2545. He has developed the AISC to work more closely with its on the ground sister departments (MCIA and AFISA) to create a better network to reel in the power that the Office of Naval Intelligence has been controlling for years by establishing the Joint Intelligence Force (JIF), which mainly deals with the networking of ground based intelligence on the battlefield, and as a cover for multi-department intelligence operations.
