Hacksaw honed his basketball skills and shot-blocking talents as he grew and went on to play at Radford University in Virginia, where he reached fifth on the school’s all-time shot-blocking list and help the Highlanders to the 2009 NCAA tournament, just the second tourney birth in the school’s history. A lover of music, Hacksaw says his MP3 player is filled with everything from country to rap, and he lists Lil Wayne, Drake and Journey among the artists he enjoys the most.
