In addition to this, its role as an escort to land-based assault armies cannot be overlooked, especially in light of the Aeon's ability to make a competent land/sea army using Blazes, Asylums, Auroras and Spirits. While the Absolver also hovers, it's use is often frowned upon, and as such probably should not be included in such a general purpose army.
