Reckless Strike is a 7th level fighter encounter attack power introduced in the player's handbook and the class compendium.[PH:80][Dr398:CC:F] It is a terrible choice, as it's slightly increased damage is mitigated by an accuracy penalty. With similar reasoning per Power Attack, you generally expect an average damage output inreased by a small amount. [1]
