Bar Waying (バーウェイン Bāwein?) is a shutter barrier enemy in Mega Man X2, Mega Man Xtreme and Mega Man Xtreme 2. They appear on the Intro Stage on both Mega Man X2 and Xtreme 2, but also briefly on Flame Stag's stage, Volcanic Zone. Their barrier only blocks the way, and does not inflict any damage on the player. However, if the player gets smashed by them while they're closing, they are able to deal minimal damage.
