Harry was a former UNN reporter, his career coming to an end when he made up a source on a story that supposedly revealed corruption within the Tarsonis Police Force. Harry knew it was true, but did not have a documentable source and was fired as a result. In the end, he wound up in "The Gutter", addicted to turk.
